About Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan is a landlocked country by Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan. It is situated in central Asia and has placed itself in 42nd place in terms of population. Like India, it has great diversity in population, though the majority of the population in Uzbekistan is Muslim (90%) there are other religions also which have blossomed well in this country.
The people of Uzbekistan are well educated and have access to essential things to have a good life. It is a nation of great culture with great history and all these reasons combined together that attracts the foreign students to pursue their education in Uzbekistan.
1). Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health
The college is New NMC Gazette 2021 compatible and follows the Indian syllabus. It was established in 1991 and is known for its ultra-modern infrastructure and quality education. It is a government-funded medical university in Uzbekistan that follows international standards of education. The institute is recognized by the cabinet ministery, Uzbekistan and emerged as the most trusted medical institute in the country.
2). Bukhara State Medical Institute
It is one of the premier medical university in Uzbekistan which is recognised by WHO and the National medical council of India. It is famous for its excellence in medical education, quality training and hands-on experience provided to the students. It is located in the urban region of Uzbekistan where students can get all facilities that are required during medical studies and to develop the overall personality of the students. It has a good network of affiliated hospitals for providing better clinical exposure to Indian students, this is why it renders excellent job practitioners and doctors every year. It is a state-funded NMC approved medical college in Uzbekistan where more than 100 Indian students take admission every year.
3). Samarkand State Medical Institute
It is one of the oldest Medical institutes in Uzbekistan having a decent academic history of its contribution toward providing quality medical education. It was established in 1930 and over the years it has evolved in teaching methodologies, today it has gained recognition across the world and its degree is valid in all countries of the world. Over the years, the institute has made a prominent contribution to medical education that is not only for local students but also for international students. The institute is located at the urban location of the city due to which students can find all essential things easily. It is approved by WHO, NMC and recognized by the government of Uzbekistan.
4). Andijan State Medical Institute
It is one of the oldest medical institutes in Uzbekistan that was established in 1955. The college has a great educational history and is known for its quality medical education. Today the institute provides training for numerous candidates from the medical, paediatrics and dentistry field including various other disciplines. This is one of the low budget university in Uzbekistan which have 50 distinct departments and more than 500 professors to provide an excellent education.
5). Tashkent State Dental Institute
Tashkent State Dental Institute was established on July 22, 2014, by the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan offering a 5 years MD program for the UG students.
